This employer brand series for Google DeepMind spotlights the company’s diverse workforce, showcasing various roles and business areas. As AI talent is highly sought after, the series emphasises the unique experiences and career paths available at DeepMind whilst demystifying the people behind the tech.
I oversaw this campaign during my Head of Production role at Gramafilm. I acted as an Exec Producer, overseeing multiple Producers & PM’s across the series, as well as overseeing the wider campaign strategy, branding design and client comms.

My role & challenges
Overseeing this series required managing multiple Producers - ensuring that working processes from the research & pre-production stages through to production & post were followed correctly. Allowing individuals the scope to put their stamp on production, whilst ensuring the quality levels of the films were elevated.
I helped set up key suppliers for the campaign’s international production services as well as for Post Production. I also oversaw scripting, managed Producer/Director relations & attended multiple shoot days to ensure smooth production throughout the series.
